Zhiyuan Upgrades Genie Sim Platform to Tackle Flexible Object Simulation Challenges
Zhiyuan recently upgraded its one-stop embodied AI simulation platform, Genie Sim, achieving a breakthrough in flexible object simulation. The platform integrates Real2Sim real-world system identification, a self-developed physics engine, and advanced world model capabilities, enabling a high consistency of 96.7% between simulation and real-machine task performance. This marks a significant advancement in simulation fidelity for robotics.
Genie Sim also connects the entire pipeline from scene reconstruction, data collection, automatic evaluation, post-training, to open-world exploration. This complete closed loop allows simulation results to serve as a reliable reference for real-machine performance, significantly reducing testing costs and risks in robot development. It enables faster iteration and more reliable validation of robotic systems.
The upgrade addresses the industry challenge of flexible object simulation and lays a solid foundation for the scaled application of embodied AI. Zhiyuan said it will continue to optimize the platform and promote the adoption of simulation technology in broader scenarios. The company emphasizes that this upgrade will accelerate the deployment of embodied AI solutions.
