XPeng Robot Solid-State Battery Milestone; Robot ETF Yinhua Sees Inflows
On October 29, the three major Chinese indices fell, and the robotics sector pulled back intraday. The CSI Robotics Index, which had risen over 4% the previous day, was down 1.39% as of press time. Among constituents, Moons' Electric gained nearly 3%, while Orbbec, Hao Zhi Electromechanical, and Jingpin Special Equipment rose over 2%, and OPT added nearly 2%.
In industry news, XPeng's dedicated solid-state battery for robots has completed small-batch mass production and rolled off the line. Market watchers view the milestone as a positive signal for humanoid robot commercialization. Wind data shows that as of October 28, the Robot ETF Yinhua (562360) and similar products attracted net capital inflows over the past five days, indicating dip-buying interest. Institutions note that quality names in domestic and overseas supply chains may be reaching an inflection point for earnings release. Despite the pullback, the battery milestone and ETF inflows suggest continued investor interest.
