Qiyuan Robots Debuts at Bund Summit, Expanding Personal Robot Health Services
The 2026 Inclusion·Bund Summit, themed “Co-creating the AI New Economy,” took place from September 9 to 12 at the Shanghai Huangpu Expo Park. The event focused on the integration of artificial intelligence with the real economy and drew participation from many frontier technology companies.
Qiyuan Robots, a consumer-grade embodied intelligence brand under SWANCOR Advanced Materials, appeared with Hangzhou Feikuo Technology Co., Ltd. at the Ant Afu booth. The two companies presented their applied health-sector results on site.
The demonstration set a new benchmark for personal robots entering health service scenarios and highlighted a broader trend: embodied intelligence is extending from laboratories and exhibitions into everyday health management.
At the booth, the companies showed a jointly developed health detection application adapted for Qiyuan Q1. A user only needs to give the voice command “start health detection” and shake hands with the robot for less than a minute to complete collection of vital signs such as heart rate and blood oxygen.
During detection, the user can chat freely with Qiyuan Q1 and ask questions, turning what is often a dull wait into an easy, interactive question-and-answer experience. This design combines health monitoring with emotional companionship and lowers the barrier to use.
After the test, saying “tell me about my health status” prompts a voice broadcast of the health data. Qiyuan Q1 thus delivers both health protection and attentive companionship, helping personal robots move from display-oriented products toward practical services.
Behind the smooth, zero-threshold health service experience is the support of Qiyuan Robots’ technology foundation. As a small-size, full-body force-controlled personal robot, Qiyuan Q1 carries a self-developed micro QDD quasi-direct-drive joint module and has 22 degrees of freedom, providing a hardware basis for fine movements and safe interaction.
Through a motion-control algorithm that integrates force control and position control, Qiyuan Q1 can perform gentle and safe handshakes while precisely capturing contact signals to complete vital-sign collection. Its built-in contextual memory and embodied interaction engine ensure natural, fluent human-robot dialogue, making the health detection process closer to human-to-human communication.
In addition, Qiyuan Q1 stands 88 cm tall and weighs about 15 kg. When folded, it can fit into a backpack, breaking the reliance of traditional health monitoring devices on fixed locations and giving the personal robot greater mobility and adaptability across scenarios.
The health application shown at the Bund Summit is the first public outcome of the ecological cooperation between Qiyuan Robots and Feikuo Technology. The two sides will also collaborate on schedule reminders, IoT smart home butler functions, and fun motion-control actions, further expanding the functional boundaries of personal robots.
In the future, Qiyuan Robots says it will continue to open its product capabilities, work with more industry ecosystem partners to deepen scenario-based embodied intelligence deployment, and jointly build an open and prosperous personal robot ecosystem.
The goal is to move personal robots from “usable” to “easy to use” and make them truly perceptive, companionable intelligent partners. This path also reflects how embodied intelligence companies are accelerating commercial validation of products in vertical scenarios through ecosystem collaboration.
