PrimeBot is the consumer embodied-intelligence brand of Swancor Advanced Materials (688585.SH), which unveiled its first full-body force-controlled small humanoid, Qiyuan Q1, in December 2025 for personal and home use.
The brand is operated by Qiyuan Xinchuang (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Swancor Advanced Materials registered in Pudong, Shanghai in July 2026 (registered capital RMB 5 million, legal representative Tian Hua); a second wholly owned subsidiary sits in Beijing. The project is a key Shanghai AI project located in Zhangjiang Robot Valley and is planned as a headquarters for personal robot R&D and industrialisation. Swancor's actual controller is Deng Taihua, chairman and CEO of AGIBOT.
Two personal robots are on the market. Qiyuan Q1 is about 88 cm tall, folds into a standard backpack and uses in-house miniaturised QDD quasi-direct-drive joint modules plus a hybrid force-position multi-expert motion-control model. Qiyuan T1 is a transformable personal robot built on a cross-form architecture that switches autonomously between wheel-legged humanoid and quadruped forms, with intelligent following, creative shooting, proactive interaction and long-term memory. PrimeFLOW and SkillHUB provide the surrounding software and developer ecosystem.
Pre-orders opened in August 2026 and sales started in September 2026, with Qiyuan Q1 priced from RMB 19,999. The company reports RMB 210 million of prepayments against first-batch orders, offline experience stores in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xi'an and Xiamen, and a first-phase 10,000-unit production line partnership with Lens Intelligent. The products won multiple CES 2026 awards and two IFA 2026 innovation awards.
