Shoucheng Holdings Launches $490M Fund for Physical AI After Unitree IPO
Following the approval of Unitree Robotics' STAR Market IPO, Shoucheng Holdings has made another major move in hard-tech investment. Its subsidiary Shoucheng Rongshi (Beijing) Fund Management Co., as manager, has jointly initiated the 'Beijing Frontier Innovation Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership)', with total subscribed capital of RMB 3.5 billion.
The new fund focuses on physical AI, targeting robotics, artificial intelligence, and intelligent manufacturing sectors, with emphasis on venture and growth-stage investments. Sub-sectors include embodied intelligence, humanoid robots, edge computing chips, smart hardware, and AI/BCI technologies.
Shoucheng is accelerating its position in the physical AI era through a 'capital + scenarios + industry chain' ecosystem strategy. To date, its managed industrial funds have invested over RMB 2 billion across the pan-robotics supply chain, covering more than 20 companies including Unitree Robotics, Galbot, Spherical Star, and Accelerated Evolution.
With Unitree's IPO progressing and the new fund in place, Shoucheng's integrated 'investment + operation + ecosystem' strategy is rapidly translating into commercial value.
