RoboBusiness 2026 Day 2: Humanoids, Physical AI, and Industry Sessions
RoboBusiness 2026 concludes today after a packed first day for the 20th-anniversary show. Deepu Talla, NVIDIA’s VP of robotics and edge AI, gave the opening talk at RoboBusiness 2025; the 2026 event is being held at the same venue.
The Day 2 program combines keynotes, exhibitor demonstrations, and breakout sessions. It covers humanoids, physical AI, robotics policy, warehouse automation, and field deployment.
The second day begins at 9:30 a.m. PT with the “State of Humanoids” keynote in the second-floor theater. Industry leaders will examine what humanoids can deliver today, which technical and operational challenges remain, and what early industrial deployments have taught the sector.
Panelists include Pras Velagapudi, CTO of Agility Robotics; Parker Conroy, head of product management at Apptronik; Michael Patrick Perry, head of commercial strategy at Persona AI; and Aadeel Akhtar, founder and CEO of PSYONIC. Mike Oitzman, senior editor at The Robot Report, will host.
The Exhibitor Hall opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 3:00 p.m. Attendees can see robotics demonstrations and visit Startup Alley.
RoboBusiness 2026 closes with a 3:00 p.m. keynote by Morgan Pope, director of companionship at Familiar Machines & Magic. Pope will discuss how the startup is creating robotic characters. On-site registration is available.
Breakout sessions begin at 10:45 a.m. after the morning keynote and a short networking break. Ted Larson, co-founder and CEO of OLogic, will discuss egocentric robot learning—its foundations, technical challenges, and implications for commercial robotics—in Room 203.
Georg Stieler, managing director for Asia at Stieler Technology, will offer on-the-ground insights into China’s physical AI ecosystem and place them in a global context in Room 207.
Trevor Anderson, chief strategy officer at FulcrumAir, will cover robotic tools for overhead power-line work, including mobilization, installation precision, live-line capabilities, and completing work without helicopters or required outages, in Rooms 209/210.
Jordan Grotz, senior robotics systems engineer at Allegro MicroSystems, will examine technological advances enabling next-generation humanoid actuation in Room 206.
A panel with SK Gupta of GrayMatter Robotics, Brian Geisel of Geisel Software & Symage, and Sparsh Gautam of Tesla will discuss why physical AI fails in the real world and how teams address perception, decision-making, and manipulation so robots operate safely outside the lab. The session is in Room 204.
