Agility Robotics is a humanoid robotics company founded in 2015 in Salem, Oregon, whose flagship bipedal humanoid Digit has accumulated more than 65,000 hours of real production experience.
The company is headquartered in Salem, Oregon, where Digit is assembled, and runs a physical AI development site in Fremont, California. On 24 June 2026 it announced a definitive business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI (NASDAQ: CCXI); the combined company is expected to list on a major North American exchange under the ticker AGLT, with a USD 2.5 billion pre-money equity value and more than USD 620 million of expected gross proceeds. Customers span manufacturing, distribution and logistics, including Schaeffler, GXO, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada and Mercado Libre.
The fifth-generation bipedal humanoid Digit 5 offers a 23 kg payload, 2.2 m reach, a 10:1 run-to-charge ratio and up to 20 working hours per charge, and is built for cooperative safety: proprietary human-detection software and functional safety behaviours are designed to remove the need for external barriers in live deployments. It ships with Agility Arc, a cloud fleet management platform that connects Digit with existing warehouse automation such as AMRs, WMS, WES and MES.
Agility is one of the few humanoid makers with commercially deployed robots working in live customer facilities and disclosed more than USD 300 million of multi-year Digit 5 orders in June 2026. Its backers and partners include DCVC, NVIDIA, Amazon, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Foxconn, Schaeffler, Abico and Playground Global.
