Shenzhen Issues Three-Year Plan to Support Intelligent Robot Financing and Listing
Shenzhen's Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau and the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Bureau have jointly released the 'Shenzhen Work Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry (2026–2028).' The plan outlines a comprehensive approach to address the financing and listing needs of enterprises in the sector, positioning the city to foster innovation and scaling of robotics firms.
A key element of the plan is the strategic deployment of multiple dedicated funds, including the artificial intelligence and embodied robot industry fund, the AI terminal industry fund, and the high-end equipment industry fund. These funds are expected to serve as both catalysts and levers to attract social capital, amplifying the government's support.
Furthermore, the plan establishes a city-district coordinated service mechanism, ensuring that intelligent robot companies receive compliance-based assistance for their financing and IPO processes. This initiative underscores Shenzhen's commitment to strengthening its robotics ecosystem, aiming to accelerate the commercialization and global competitiveness of local intelligent robot enterprises.
