Jiangsu Leili Controller Su Da Faces CSRC Probe a Year After Robot Push
Jiangsu Leili (300660.SZ) and Dingzhi Technology (920593.BJ) said in separate filings on the evening of Nov. 4 that their actual controllers and directors had received case notifications from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Jiangsu Leili is Dingzhi Technology’s controlling shareholder, and both companies are ultimately controlled by Su Jianguo and his son, Su Da.
The two announcements said Su Da is suspected of violations involving information disclosure and share reductions. The CSRC action comes only about a year after Su Da took over as actual controller, a quick reversal for a young successor.
Before the probe was disclosed, Jiangsu Leili had frequently announced robot-related business plans. Those disclosures helped fuel a rally that doubled its share price, drawing investor attention to the company’s governance and compliance.
The available excerpt of the filings did not specify further details of the alleged violations or the scope of the investigation.
