Shoucheng Holdings Fund Invests in Beijing Robotics Firm Jianzhi Xinchuang
On Nov. 5, Gelonghui reported that Shoucheng Holdings (00697.HK) announced a recent investment by a fund managed by a company under its Shoucheng Capital unit. The fund manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of the group. The fund invested in Jianzhi Xinchuang (Beijing) Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., known as “Jianzhi.” The target is a Beijing-based robotics technology company. The transaction adds a robotics startup to Shoucheng Holdings’ investment portfolio and extends the group’s exposure to the robotics sector through its fund platform. The deal reflects continued corporate interest in China’s robotics and embodied AI segment, where industrial groups and investment vehicles are backing early-stage automation and intelligent-system developers. The investment was made through a fund vehicle rather than directly by the listed company. The announcement did not specify financial terms or the size of the fund’s commitment.
