Cainiao Unveils Climbing Robot System at CeMAT Asia 2026

On November 3, Cainiao showcased its self-developed climbing robot system at CeMAT Asia 2026, the international logistics technology and transportation exhibition in Shanghai. The display highlighted four-way picking and double-deep storage capabilities, which are intended to improve space utilization in high-density warehouses and support flexible deployment with multi-robot coordination.

Cainiao also introduced a new robot scheduling system and a warehouse planning simulation platform. According to Cainiao Logistics Technology, these tools help coordinate climbing robots with other automated equipment and allow customers to validate warehouse layouts and workflows before deployment.
