LDROBOT to Cut HK Board Lot to 100 H Shares From Nov. 25
LDROBOT (01236.HK) announced on Nov. 4 that the board lot for its H shares traded on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from 200 H shares to 100 H shares, effective at 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2026. The move halves the minimum order size per board lot, reducing the capital needed for retail investors to participate. Board lot size sets the smallest trading unit on the exchange and is closely watched because it affects entry costs and trading flexibility. Market participants said such adjustments can improve convenience and potentially support liquidity. The change applies to the company's overseas-listed foreign shares, or H shares. Such revisions are often intended to make shares more accessible to smaller investors and to align the trading unit with common market practice. LDROBOT did not disclose additional details in the announcement.
