West Lake Robotics Secures Series A, Raising 500M Yuan in Four Rounds Within Six Months
West Lake Robotics, an embodied intelligence general brain company, has announced the completion of its Series A financing round, closing less than a month after the previous round. This rapid succession highlights strong investor confidence in the company's technology and market potential.
The company has completed four financing rounds within six months, accumulating a total of 500 million yuan (approximately $70 million). The investor lineup includes prominent institutions such as Seaford Capital, Xiaomiao Langcheng, Henan Investment Group's Huirong Fund, and Haiyuan Fund, among others.
According to the company, the new funds will be primarily directed toward the research and development of a unified whole-body large model for humanoid robots. This initiative aims to enhance the integration and coordination of robot movements, paving the way for more advanced embodied intelligence applications.
