Hony Culture Unit Signs Strategic Robot Deals With UDI, Pangolin, Qinglang

On Sept. 21, Hony Culture Group (00419.HK) announced that its indirect subsidiary Ainuobo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd. recently signed strategic cooperation agreements with UDI Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., Suzhou Pangolin Robot Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Qinglang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The partners are robotics companies active in delivery, service, and commercial robot segments.

According to the announcement, the parties will combine their strengths in technology R&D, product portfolios, and market channels to explore deployments in commercial services, cultural tourism, and other scenarios. The agreements are intended to support the group's broader push into robotics and embodied AI applications, though financial terms were not disclosed.
