FAIRINO Robotics Secures Nearly 1 Billion RMB in C+ and D Funding for Global Expansion
FAIRINO Robotics completed consecutive C+ and D funding rounds by October 2026, raising nearly 1 billion RMB in total. The rounds were led by Meituan Dragon Ball and Meituan, with participation from Yongxin Capital, Shishan Phase II, and Suchuang Investment. Existing shareholders such as Guolian Minsheng Capital, Su Chantou, and Qingliu Capital also increased their investments. The company says this consecutive completion of two rounds is a unanimous recognition by the capital market of its R&D technology, product implementation capabilities, and global market share.
The funds will primarily be used for fixed investment in core component production capacity, as well as expansion and R&D in industrial embodied intelligence. This includes the ART series industrial humanoid force-controlled arms and the AIRLab embodied intelligence tool platform, further consolidating technical and product competitiveness and accelerating robot scale application and global business development. Existing shareholders including Shunwei, Source Code, Hillhouse, China Life Investment, Lianxin, and Huaying Capital continue to support the company.
FAIRINO prioritizes self-development and self-production of core components such as controllers, encoders, servo drives, harmonic reducers, servo motors, and brakes, providing highly flexible and reliable robots for various industries. According to GGII, FAIRINO ranked first in both total sales of Chinese collaborative robot brands and overseas shipments in 2025. In 2026, the company expects global order sales of 18,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 68%, with overseas sales growing by 87%. The global robot industry landscape is accelerating.
The overseas market structure shows Europe accounting for 46%, Japan 16%, North America 13%, and Southeast Asia 11%. A multi-regional localized service network and sales channels form an important support for FAIRINO's global business. The company has established over 50 overseas sales outlets and three overseas service centers, partnering with global channel partners like igus and MISUMI, and working with industry leaders such as NASA, HD KSOE, Notion, Panasonic, and DENSO, with an increasingly complete global delivery and service system.
FAIRINO has built a collaborative robot product system covering multiple scenarios and payloads. The FR series is the core, with payloads from 3 to 35 kg and 11 models from FR3 to FR35. It also offers the WM series for welding and the C series for commercial applications. These robots are widely used in CNC loading/unloading, palletizing, welding and grinding, assembly inspection, and commercial services.
This year, FAIRINO expanded into embodied intelligence, launching the general-purpose ART series industrial humanoid force-controlled arms globally.
Since 2024, FAIRINO has provided customized humanoid force-controlled arms for deep application scenarios, exploring industrial embodied intelligence in real-world settings. The ART series further advances product generalization and standardization, offering highly open, modular, and customizable capabilities to support the integration of embodied intelligence with industrial scenarios.
In terms of industry cooperation, FAIRINO signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Boyin Hechuang for 2,000 humanoid force-controlled arms, and reached a 2,000-unit collaboration with Jack Technology, a global leader in intelligent sewing. These partnerships aim to accelerate the application of industrial embodied intelligence in actual production scenarios.
After long-term industrial application validation, FAIRINO's robots have demonstrated mature capabilities in stable execution, rapid deployment, and multi-scenario adaptation. Combined with the AI+robot model, they are expanding from warehousing and logistics and intelligent welding to more industrial scenarios, becoming key carriers connecting AI decision-making with physical execution. This drives industrial embodied intelligence toward large-scale application.
In semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, production requires strict equipment stability, operational precision, and line consistency. FAIRINO collaborative robots have been deployed at HANA Microelectronics' Thailand production site. The company has also established business contacts with semiconductor and electronics supply chain enterprises such as ASML, Coilcraft, LG Electronics, and Sony Semiconductor, covering diverse scenarios from electronic assembly to semiconductor manufacturing.
Looking ahead, FAIRINO will continue to promote the coordinated development of collaborative robots and industrial embodied intelligence. Leveraging its core components, robot bodies, and large-scale manufacturing capabilities, the company aims to move robot technology from application exploration to scalable implementation.
Starting from its goal to 'make robots popular' and aiming to 'enable scalable industrial embodied intelligence,' FAIRINO will continue to expand its global market presence and drive intelligent robots into broader industrial applications.
