Zhuge Robotics Completes Pre-A Round as Bawitong Spatial Intelligence Takes Stake
According to Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily on the 16th, Shandong Zhuge Robotics Co., Ltd. has completed a Pre-A funding round. Investors include Shanghai Puchuang Miaopu AI Industry Venture Capital Partnership (LP), Zhejiang Bawitong Spatial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., and Shijiazhuang Quchuang Technology Co., Ltd.
The financing amount was not disclosed. In this round, Bawitong Spatial Intelligence moved beyond being a spatial-intelligence technology provider to become a shareholder in Zhuge Robotics, highlighting growing capital interest in integrating spatial intelligence with robotics hardware.
The funding is expected to support Zhuge Robotics' product development and commercialization. However, valuation, use of proceeds, and further partnership details remain undisclosed, leaving the market awaiting more information.
