Shangwei Opens Pre-orders for Consumer Robots, September Delivery

Shangwei New Materials opened pre-orders for its consumer-grade robots, the Qiyuan Q1 and Qiyuan T1, on August 23. Interested buyers can reserve the robots through the official Shangwei Qiyuan mini-program, Tmall, Douyin, Bilibili official stores, as well as offline experience events. The first batch of deliveries is scheduled for September this year, according to Yicai. This launch marks the company's foray into the consumer robotics segment, offering two models to address diverse household needs. The Q1 and T1 are designed to simplify daily tasks, with user-friendly interfaces and smart automation. Shangwei aims to build a direct-to-consumer channel, emphasizing convenience and accessibility. The pre-order period is expected to generate strong initial demand, reflecting growing interest in domestic robotics solutions.
