CITIC Securities: Robot Theme Rally Conditions Met; Robot ETF Huaxia Rebounds
As of 13:25, China's three major A-share indices were mixed: the Shanghai Composite slipped 0.01%, the Shenzhen Component gained 1.42%, and the ChiNext Index rose 2.44%. The CSI Robot Index advanced 2.56%, reflecting an afternoon pickup in the robot sector.
Among constituents, performance was mixed. Haozhi Industrial led gains at 7.04%, followed by Sanfeng Intelligent at 6.15%, Keyuan Smart at 5.84%, and Tuosida at 4.60%; another constituent rose 4.57%. Hongying Intelligent led decliners with a 4.40% drop.
CITIC Securities said the robot-themed market now meets the conditions for a rally. The Robot ETF Huaxia (562500) rebounded in the afternoon, echoing the index's strength. With constituent stocks diverging, the strong gains in leading names drew attention to the sector's near-term momentum and helped offset weakness in laggards. The index move came alongside gains in growth-oriented boards, while the Shanghai benchmark was roughly flat. CITIC Securities' assessment adds a brokerage view to the sector's trading signal. Investors continue to watch whether the rebound can be sustained.
