Zhiyang Innovation Plans $904M Private Placement for Embodied AI Projects

Zhiyang Innovation announced that its plan to issue A-shares to specific investors in fiscal year 2026 has been approved by the board of directors. The company intends to raise up to 904 million yuan to fund projects in embodied intelligence and other strategic areas.

The issuance will be limited to no more than 35 qualified investors, with the issue price set at no less than 80% of the average trading price over the 20 trading days preceding the pricing reference date. The maximum number of shares to be issued is capped at 98.4008 million shares, representing no more than 30% of the company's total share capital prior to the issuance.
