Unitree's IPO Inquiry Begins: Price May Hit 104 RMB, One Lot Costs 52K
Unitree Technology has started the preliminary inquiry for its STAR Market IPO today (August 5). Online and offline subscription is set for August 10, with payment deadline on August 12. The company plans to issue 40,446,434 new shares, representing 10% of the post-issuance total share capital, which will be about 404 million shares. Investment banks estimate the issue price at around 104 RMB per share, with a market value of over 40 billion RMB, and each lot (500 shares) costing about 52,000 RMB. Final inquiry results are pending.
The company projects first-half 2026 revenue of 1.052–1.128 billion RMB, up 35.62%–45.41% year-over-year, driven by demand for embodied intelligence and business expansion.
