Mech-Mind Robotics Gets HK IPO Filing Approval, Backed by Meituan and Sequoia China
Beijing News (Reporter Cheng Liang) – On August 7, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) disclosed the filing notice for Mech-Mind (Xiong'an) Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Mech-Mind Robotics") regarding its overseas listing and "full circulation" of domestic unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 27,479,850 overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
According to Tianyancha, the company was established in 2016. Its major investors include Meituan and Sequoia China, reflecting strong backing from prominent tech and investment entities.
The approval marks a significant step forward for Mech-Mind Robotics in its Hong Kong IPO journey. With a focus on AI-driven robotics, the company is poised to leverage the capital markets to expand its operations and innovate further.
