Shenzhen Exchange Launches Indices for Smart Driving, Robotics, and Solar

Beijing, August 11 (CCTV News) – Shenzhen Securities Information Co., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, announced that it will release the ChiNext Photovoltaic Index (code 970098) on August 14. This new index joins the ChiNext Smart Driving Index (code 970097) and the ChiNext Robotics Index, which were launched recently, as part of a series focusing on new productive forces.

These thematic indices track listed companies in strategic emerging sectors such as smart driving, robotics, and solar photovoltaics. The indices apply transparent selection criteria, choosing representative companies with strong core businesses and good liquidity from the ChiNext board, providing investors with reliable benchmarks and convenient tools to participate in these high-growth industries.
