BOE Zhiyu and Xingyuanzhi Robotics Sign Deep Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On September 1, Beijing BOE Zhiyu Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xingyuanzhi Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two companies will center on 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronics) and display manufacturing scenarios, establishing a joint laboratory for embodied robots as the core platform.

The collaboration is structured around five key thrusts: scenario value verification, data collection and processing, vertical innovation research and development, scenario engineering implementation, and joint market development. This systematic approach is designed to accelerate the translation of laboratory-grade robotics into production-ready manufacturing solutions.

By framing the effort as an ecosystem, the partners aim to build a seamless pipeline from application validation to joint development and finally to large-scale commercialization. With BOE's manufacturing expertise and Xingyuanzhi's prowess in embodied intelligence, the alliance is poised to lower entry barriers for smart-factory adoption and potentially reshape how robotics integrate into high-tech production lines.
