Founder and CEO Liu Dong previously served as General Manager of JD.com's autonomous driving division; co-founder Mu Yadong is a tenured associate professor at Peking University and a BAAI Scholar. Xingyuanzhi raised a 200 million RMB angel round in September 2025 (led by CASSTAR and Hillhouse Ventures), an angel+ round exceeding 100 million RMB in December 2025, and a Pre-A round in June 2026, surpassing 1 billion RMB in cumulative funding within 10 months. It is not publicly listed.

Products & tech

The company focuses on cross-embodiment embodied brains, anchored by the T5 brain computing platform based on NVIDIA Jetson Thor (2070 TFLOPS, ASIL-D functional safety, launched in November 2025 and integrated into AgiBot's G2 humanoid), plus the N5, N5C and B5 edge platforms and computing backpacks. In June 2026 it released omega-EVA, billed as the world's first embodied interactive world model, and proposed the JEPA-WAM architecture with a shared predictor. The firm pursues a software-hardware integrated strategy with full on-device model deployment and self-developed computing platforms, avoiding reliance on cloud inference.

Market position

A leading supplier in China's embodied-brain segment, Xingyuanzhi deliberately does not build robot bodies. Instead it empowers all body makers with brain and computing products, a model analogous to Huawei's approach in smart driving. Its solutions serve more than 70 percent of China's leading embodied-intelligence companies, and it is the world's largest shipper of the NVIDIA Jetson Thor platform, with hundreds of T5 units shipped in 2025. It was named to Fortune China's 2026 Tech 50 list.
