China CSRC Approves Youibot Robotics' Hong Kong IPO Filing
China's Securities Regulatory Commission International Cooperation Department issued a filing notice for Hefei Youibot Robotics Co., Ltd.'s overseas issuance and listing, along with a "full circulation" arrangement for its domestic unlisted shares.
Under the plan, the company may issue no more than 49,477,800 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In addition, 37 shareholders intend to convert a combined 243,804,260 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares, which would then be tradable on the Hong Kong exchange. The move is part of China's full-circulation pilot, allowing previously restricted domestic shares to reach overseas markets.
The CSRC filing represents a key regulatory step before Youibot can proceed with its Hong Kong IPO. Youibot is a Hefei-based developer of autonomous mobile robots and embodied AI systems. For the robotics sector, the approval signals continued support for qualified companies seeking offshore capital while adding a potential new listed player in industrial mobile robots. The proposed listing remains subject to market conditions and final approvals.
