UBTech Establishes Embodied Intelligence Subsidiary in Huizhou with 20M Yuan Registered Capital

According to Qichacha, the new company, Huizhou Guanfu Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., was recently established with Hao Baoyu as the legal representative. Its business scope covers AI application software development, intelligent robot research and development, AI basic software development, and data processing and storage support services. Equity penetration data indicates that the company is indirectly wholly owned by UBTech. UBTech, known for its humanoid robots and AI solutions, continues to invest in the embodied AI sector. The establishment of this subsidiary reflects UBTech's ongoing commitment to advancing embodied intelligence technologies and expanding its presence in the Greater Bay Area.
