Maintaining glue quality in automotive 🚗 sheet metal production presents challenges. Glue bead defects can compromise body sealing and structural integrity. Traditional offline sampling can delay defect detection and miss defects, while fixed-view cameras may struggle to cover complex glue paths around corners and curved surfaces.
