Fuling Technology to Invest RMB 500 Million in Robot Electric Joint Project

Fuling Technology Co., Ltd. (300432.SZ) announced on October 20 that it plans to invest RMB 500 million to construct a robot intelligent electric joint project, according to a company disclosure. The initiative is intended to meet the company's industrial development needs and accelerate the development and industrialization of intelligent electric joints, a key hardware component for robotics. To advance the project, Fuling Technology and its subsidiary Sichuan Banqiao Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. (Banqiao Intelligent) held friendly consultations with the People's Government of Fucheng District, Mianyang City. The cooperation aims to combine the company's capabilities in precision manufacturing with local government support to promote the project's implementation. The move reflects growing investment in core robotics components as China's embodied AI and robotics sectors expand. Financial terms beyond the planned investment were not immediately disclosed.
