Unitree Dismisses Rumors of Strict Reimbursement and No Rewards as Unfounded
Unitree Technology has officially responded to trending social media rumors alleging that its staff incentive system is almost entirely punishment-based and that any expense reimbursement above 100 yuan requires CEO Wang Xingxing's personal approval. The company told reporters, 'Much of the content is inaccurate; please don't take it seriously.' The rumors, which appeared on Chinese hot search lists, also suggested that bonuses are rarely given. Unitree, a maker of humanoid and quadruped robots, did not elaborate on the specifics, but the denial seeks to address concerns over its internal management practices. The clarification comes amid growing public scrutiny of the company's operational policies, and Unitree, a key player in the robotics sector, aims to reassure stakeholders and maintain its reputation.
