Nucleus Deploys Humanoid Robots in 90 Days, Sells Labor by the Hour

Nucleus, a German startup, has achieved what many thought impossible: deploying humanoid robots into real factory production lines in under 90 days. Led by founder Melvin Schwarz, the team hails from robotics and tech giants like 1X, Agile Robots, CERN, and the European Space Agency. Instead of pursuing full autonomy first, they opted for a pragmatic approach—combining large-scale human supervision with AI agents to get robots working from day one.

The company doesn't sell robots; it sells labor by the hour. Their service is about getting the job done, a bold strategy that directly challenges Europe's declining industrial sector. This fast-paced, almost reckless move reflects a do-or-die mentality aimed at revitalizing European manufacturing.
