Xiaomi's New Humanoid Robot 'Tie-Da' Debuts at WRC 2026

On August 19, 2026, the 2026 World Robot Conference opened in Beijing's Yizhuang district, where Xiaomi's new humanoid robot 'Tie-Da' was publicly unveiled for the first time. The debut came a day after Xiaomi released its Q2 2026 financial report, in which the robotics business received notable attention.

Xiaomi recently announced that the new humanoid robot achieved a 98.0% success rate on both sides of the self-tapping nut assembly station at the Xiaomi automobile factory. The company also added two complex scenarios: sorting of center console side covers and folded recycling of material boxes.
