MirrorMe Showcases Full-Stack Robotics Tech at WRC 2026

On August 19, 2026, the World Robot Conference (WRC) opened in Beijing under the theme "Human-Robot Symbiosis, Industry-Demand Integration," gathering top global robotics researchers and leading enterprises to showcase the latest breakthroughs and commercial achievements in embodied intelligence. MirrorMe Technology was officially invited to participate deeply in the event—appearing in the opening ceremony, joining the "Embodied Garden" art installation by Tsinghua Academy of Arts & Design, and presenting its full range of self-developed robots at booth C-320. The company highlighted its core strengths in dexterous manipulation, multi-form locomotion, and industrial legged platforms through a three-dimensional display combining ceremonial performance, tech-art, and hands-on experience.

As a highlight of the opening ceremony, six MirrorMe BAOBAO robots—the world's first dual-mode robots—took part as "3.0 digital natives." They coordinated to complete the standardized ceremonial actions, impressing the audience with their smooth dual-mode switching and stable motion control. The BAOBAO breaks through the functional limits of single-form robots by combining efficient mobility and human-like interaction in one body, redefining the next-generation service robot design. Its appearance on the opening stage of this national-level industry event was both an official validation of its stability and performance and a clear demonstration of MirrorMe's pioneering advantage in multi-form robot development.

This year's major art project, "Embodied Garden," designed by Tsinghua Academy of Arts & Design, featured a Chinese-style lotus pond as the core scene, creating an immersive blend of technology and Eastern aesthetics. MirrorMe's self-developed humanoid dexterous hand was installed as a core technological element, performing a piano recital on site, with mechanical fingers precisely striking the black-and-white keys to play a Chinese-style melody. This hand is also the first dexterous hand capable of fully performing Beethoven's Symphony No. 5, displaying rich dynamics and delicate technique that push beyond traditional robotic precision manipulation, underscoring MirrorMe's industry-leading position in highly bio-inspired dexterous control.

During the exhibition, District Party Secretary Kong visited the "Embodied Garden" installation and highly praised the dexterous hand's precise control and artistic expression. He acknowledged the company's innovative practices in localizing core components for humanoid robots and integrating technology with art.

At booth C-320, the Black Panther X modular quadruped robot became the most popular interactive exhibit. Unlike integrated four-legged robots on the market, Black Panther X uses a highly standardized reconfigurable hardware architecture. Its power units, torso, and limbs support free disassembly and reassembly, allowing users to adjust the robot's configuration according to research and teaching needs, significantly lowering the development threshold and iteration cost of quadruped robots.

During the exhibition, visitors could personally assemble the robot and witness the entire process from parts to a moving machine. This immersive hands-on experience attracted long queues, demonstrating the broad application prospects of modular robots in scientific research, education, and innovation training.

Beyond the three highlights, MirrorMe also displayed a complete product matrix covering multiple tracks: the full-size humanoid robot Bolt, the BAOBAO dual-mode robot, and the Apollo industrial-grade quadruped robot for real-world scenarios. This formed a complete product landscape from core dexterous hand components to research platforms and industrial robots.

The embodied intelligence industry is currently at a critical stage where rapid technological iteration and commercial deployment go hand in hand. Leveraging the national-level platform of WRC, MirrorMe showcased its phased technical achievements and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry experts and supply chain partners.
