Over 300 Robots Deploy at World's First Embodied AI Theme Park
According to Oriental Fortune's robotics concept news, AGIBOT and Chimelong Group are jointly creating the world's first large-scale embodied AI theme park. It is scheduled to open on September 24 at Zhuhai Hengqin Chimelong Spaceship Park, where more than 300 robots will be deployed for service, performance, and interaction.
Unlike conventional theme parks, this venue casts robots as resident inhabitants while humans are merely visitors. On opening day, the world's largest human-robot co-performance opening dance will be staged, alongside the world's first robot aerial trapeze show. The event is intended to demonstrate embodied AI's ability to operate in cultural tourism settings.
AGIBOT disclosed the plans on September 20. Industry observers say the project is a test of how embodied intelligence can move from laboratories into large-scale commercial scenarios, and it offers a new model for collaboration between robotics companies and tourism groups.
