World Robot Conference 2026 Mascot Revealed, Global Naming Contest Opens
In just 23 days, the 2026 World Robot Conference will officially begin.
Since the conference's inception in 2015, a distinctive blue symbol has accompanied it throughout the years. This emblem has been featured in various visual designs and has served as a prominent sign at the venue, welcoming guests and visitors from around the world.
Now, in 2026, that long-standing symbol has taken on a brand-new form.
It has evolved from a two-dimensional logo into a three-dimensional character — from a conference identifier into a friendly companion for everyone. Meet the official mascot of the World Robot Conference.
The mascot is directly inspired by the WRC logo, retaining its signature blue color scheme.
The familiar outline has been reimagined with a smooth, three-dimensional head, a rounded body, mechanical feet, and a dynamic running posture, creating a fresh look that is both tech-savvy and approachable. The well-known logo has literally "come to life."
The naming contest is now open. From today until August 10, the World Robot Conference invites everyone to propose a name that is catchy, warm, and imaginative.
Submissions should include the Chinese name, the story behind it, an optional English name with its meaning, and the submitter's name and contact details.
Entries can be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "WRC Mascot Naming + Submitter's Name." The deadline is August 10, 2026, at 24:00.
The selected name's creator will receive a free pass to the conference and exclusive merchandise. A good name is the first step toward connection, and we look forward to your creative ideas to name this new friend racing toward the future.
The conference will take place from August 19 to 23, 2026. Under the theme "Human-Machine Symbiosis, Demand and Supply Integration," we invite you to join us and witness the present and future of the robotics industry. Registration is now open.
