Behind the multi-scenario generalization lies the deep integration of world models and embodied models in the SPIRE technology system.
The world model builds environmental awareness and predicts state changes, while the embodied model adapts dynamically and outputs precise actions, enabling robots to transition from "understanding semantics" to "executing correct actions."
Based on this technical foundation, Zhejiang Humanoid has achieved comprehensive progress in industrial, commercial, household, and data collection scenarios.
In industrial scenarios, Zhejiang Humanoid has taken the lead in moving beyond "single-machine demonstrations."
Three NAVIAI wheel-arm robots collaborated to demonstrate a task-level, full-chain cluster operation paradigm, uniformly decomposing assembly tasks and assigning processes, ensuring 0.03mm-level operation precision and covering the entire chain from unstacking, sorting, handling, to assembly.
This solution replicates capabilities honed in automotive production lines and overseas factories.
It proves the new industrial possibility of humanoid robots leaping from "single machine, single function" to "clusters reconstructing flexible production lines."
In commercial scenarios, Zhejiang Humanoid created a "one robot, one booth" flexible operation unit.
At the Naiwei Island retail booth, NAVIAI went beyond the single function of "replacing cashiers with specialized devices," completing a drink order in 40 seconds and achieving over 98% recognition accuracy for grabbing and delivering various items like beverages and figurines.
The precise and dexterous operation and friendly interaction won praise from visitors.
It also sparked enthusiasm for the limited release of NAVIAI series i3 collector figurines, validating the robot's generalizable commercial application and its ability to attract customers for merchants in offline retail.
