Qing Tian Zu Unveils Worken Concept and Ecosystem Plan at RaaS Land 2026

On September 16, the 2026 Qing Tian Zu "RaaS Land" Ecosystem Partner Conference was held in Shanghai. At the event, Qing Tian Zu officially launched the "Qing Tian Star Map" ecosystem plan.

The plan focuses on four core roles: body partners, secondary development partners, city operation partners, and industry clients. It aims to connect robot supply, technology development, regional services, and real-world scenarios to drive RaaS from single-point projects to large-scale applications. The conference brought together industry partners to explore the future of Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS).

At the conference, Qing Tian Zu CEO Li Yiyan delivered a keynote speech on the future commercialization of the robotics industry and systematically introduced the core concept of Worken for the first time. He defined it as "work + token," which defines a job completed by a robot as a standard unit that is describable, measurable, deliverable, and replicable, laying the foundation for standardized and scalable robot productivity. This concept represents a shift from selling hardware to selling outcomes, a key trend in the embodied AI industry.

Li noted that in the past, the robotics industry boasted about brands, models, degrees of freedom, and computing power parameters. However, as robots enter shopping malls, industrial parks, and live-streaming rooms, a huge gap has emerged between high acquisition costs and fragmented scenario demands. He asked: "When robots truly start to 'work,' how should we calculate their value?"

He believes that the model of a robot is no longer the only important issue. What truly determines commercial success is what work it can complete, how much workload it can handle, and what business returns these tasks generate. Based on this, Qing Tian Zu emphasizes Worken—the next unit of measurement for robot value.

Worken points to a profound industrial cognitive shift: future users no longer need to be robot experts or worry about underlying technologies. They only need to propose work requirements, such as a night inspection, park delivery, live-streaming sales, or commercial performance. Which brand or form executes the task is no longer the core pain point. Moving from "buying a robot" to "buying the work a robot completes" is an upgrade in business logic and the starting point of Qing Tian Zu's RaaS ecosystem.

The seven products showcased at the conference are direct realizations of Worken in different commercial types. According to the plan, in the next 6 months, Qing Tian Zu will focus on building benchmark operation centers and validating the first batch of Worken bases; within 20 months, it will form multiple industry application matrices and link more body and application partners; within 36 months, it will further expand the city service network and replicate mature solutions and benchmark clients.

The three-year goals include achieving 10 billion yuan in cumulative platform revenue, linking more than 20 body manufacturers, over 100 secondary development partners, building 300 city operation centers and 3,000 city authorized centers. Ecosystem cooperation is also moving towards deep co-construction. During the conference, Qing Tian Zu advanced joint ventures in cultural tourism, further integrating robot bodies, scenario resources, content operations, and nationwide service capabilities.

For Qing Tian Zu, the "Qing Tian Star Map" is not simply about expanding the number of partners, but about enabling body capabilities to find scenarios, secondary development capabilities to find outlets, city partners to gain business, and industry clients to lower application thresholds, collectively replicating mature robot productivity to more cities and industries. By doing so, Qing Tian Zu aims to accelerate the adoption of robotics across various sectors.
