AGIBOT Innovation Day Showcases Quadruped Robot Upgrades for Industrial Use
On October 29, 2026, the AGIBOT Innovation Day 2026 was held at the Shanghai World Expo Center. At the event, AGIBOT's Kuotuo team showcased the latest iterations of two core technologies for quadruped robots: the "Lingyue" and "Lingtu" systems, highlighting significant upgrades.
Following their initial release at WAIC in July this year, AGIBOT Kuotuo has continued to advance research and development. The "Lingyue" system now features an "automatic gear" for all-terrain traversal, enabling the robot to automatically adjust its gait based on terrain changes, thereby greatly improving traversal efficiency in complex environments. Meanwhile, the "Lingtu" system has upgraded its VLN (Vision-and-Language Navigation) semantic navigation capabilities, enhancing its understanding of natural language instructions and increasing autonomous navigation success rates.
These technological advancements demonstrate AGIBOT Kuotuo's ongoing efforts to tackle the challenges of traversal efficiency and autonomous navigation success in complex environments for quadruped robots. The goal is to transition these robots from the lab to industrial sites, providing reliable mobility for applications such as inspection, security, and logistics.
