Ouka Zhihai Completes Series C Round, Nears 300 Million Yuan in 2026 Funding
Ouka Zhihai, a Chinese company developing embodied intelligence for sea-surface operations, announced on September 23 that it completed a Series C funding round in July 2026. Xigao Investment led the round, with Yuanhe PuHua and Sanyuan Capital participating as follow-on investors. The company did not disclose the size of the Series C round separately, but said its cumulative funding for the year now stands at nearly 300 million yuan.
The fresh capital adds to a year of steady backing for the maritime robotics developer, which works on autonomous systems for surface vessels. The company is among a small but growing group of firms applying embodied AI to maritime autonomy. While specific applications and deployment figures remain undisclosed, the round signals continued investor interest in embodied AI moving beyond land-based platforms into marine environments.
