Ninth China Robot Summit Unveils Full Agenda for September 2026 in Hangzhou

The ninth China Robot Summit will be held in Hangzhou from September 16 to 18, 2026, under the theme "Smart-Connected New Ecosystem, Empowering All Scenarios — Transformation and Qualitative Change in the Robot+ Era."

The program centers on embodied intelligence, large models and the robot industry ecosystem, bringing leading experts and executives together at the Future Sci-Tech City Academic Exchange Center.

Running from participant check-in on September 16 to a closing top-level dialogue on September 18, the summit packs plenary forums, authoritative releases and themed sessions into three days.

Basic details: the dates are September 16–18, 2026 (check-in on the 16th, conference sessions on the 17th and 18th); the venue is the Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City Academic Exchange Center, Cangqian Street, Yuhang District, Zhejiang Province.

Travel guidance covers three arrival points. Xiaoshan International Airport is about 55 km from the venue, roughly an 80-minute taxi ride; by metro, take Line 19 to Chuangjing Road, transfer to Line 5, exit at Liangmu Road (Exit A or B) and walk 1.5 km north.

Hangzhou East Railway Station is about 25 km away, around 50 minutes by taxi; the same metro route via Line 19 and Line 5 to Liangmu Road takes about 60 minutes.

Hangzhou West Railway Station is the closest, only about 2.3 km from the venue and a 6-minute drive, and roughly 3.0 km from the Wyndham Garden Hangzhou Yuhang.

The summit charges no registration fee, and attendees sign up free of charge by scanning the official QR code.
