
Beijing Innovation Center of Humanoid Robotics was founded in 2023, jointly initiated by Jingcheng Electromechanical, Xiaomi, UBTech, Yizhuang Robotics, Shoucheng Capital, and others.
In October 2024, the center was designated as the "National and Local Co-built Embodied Intelligence Robot Innovation Center," establishing its significant position within the national science and technology innovation system.
The innovation center is dedicated to building a world-class innovation platform for embodied intelligent robots.
In terms of technological breakthroughs, its independently developed "Embodied Tiangong Ultra" completed a half marathon in 2 hours, 40 minutes, and 42 seconds in April 2025, claiming the world's first humanoid robot half marathon championship.
In early 2026, the center completed its first round of market-based financing exceeding 700 million yuan.
Currently, the center has established strategic partnerships with multiple enterprises, including China Electric Power Research Institute, Foton Cummins, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and Li-Ning Group.
