Vita Dynamics (Vbot) was founded in December 2024 by Yu Yinan, former Vice President of Horizon Robotics, Song Wei, former Chief Architect of the Software Platform at Horizon Robotics, and Zhao Zhelun, former Director of Intelligent Driving Products at Li Auto.

The company is positioned in the consumer-grade embodied intelligence sector, with the goal of bringing robots into the home.

In May 2026, Vita Dynamics completed a Pre-A funding round of nearly RMB 500 million, setting a record for the largest single investment in the consumer-grade embodied intelligence sector.

The company's first robot dog product has entered mass delivery, while development of a humanoid robot has also been initiated.
