Youdi Robot (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. launched its public offering on August 31, with a planned listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board on September 9. The company is globally offering 45 million H-shares, comprising 2.25 million for the Hong Kong public offering and 42.75 million for the international placement. The offer price ranges from HK$14.45 to HK$19.55 per share, with each board lot of 200 shares requiring an application fee of approximately HK$3,949.
The company has cumulatively sold 110,000 units to date, and this IPO marks its third major boundary-pushing move driven by scenario-based applications. The proceeds are expected to fuel further expansion in product development and market reach, as the robotics firm continues to leverage diverse deployment scenarios to redefine its operational scope.
