D-Robotics Raises $400M Series C to Scale Embodied AI Infrastructure
The Shenzhen-based robotics company said the Series C financing is intended to strengthen the full-compute product layout of its Sunrise chips. It also plans to build a full-link software platform that connects data collection, model training, simulation validation, and inference deployment.
By combining hardware and software into embodied AI infrastructure, D-Robotics aims to serve a wide spectrum of development needs. These range from mature robot categories to general-purpose humanoid robots, as the company seeks to help accelerate an anticipated surge in robot product launches.
The company frames the investment as a step toward enabling scalable robot development across multiple form factors. The round highlights continued investor interest in embodied intelligence, where robotics firms are racing to provide common platforms for perception, training, and deployment.
