Founded in 2013, Sinomags is an IDM enterprise in the magnetic sensing field. Leveraging xMR core technology and mass-production capability, it is dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of magnetic sensor products. It operates a sensor wafer design and manufacturing center and an encoder design and manufacturing center in Germany, and a sensor wafer design R&D center in Portugal. Anhui Sinomags Technology Co., Ltd. has three major subsidiaries: Wuxi Leer Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Sinomags Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Germany's Sensitec GmbH. In 2023, the company also invested to establish Wuxi Estec Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in magnetic encoder R&D. Core products: AMR, GMR, and TMR (anisotropic/tunnel/giant magnetoresistive) wafers, magnetic angle encoders, magnetic displacement sensors, current sensor chips & modules, and magnetic detection systems.
