
Kyland (Dongtu Technology) was founded in Beijing in 2000 and is an industrial internet technology company listed on the Shenzhen ChiNext board (300353), built around its in-house Intewell industrial operating system and industrial communication chips, and now pushing a fully domestic "OS + deterministic bus + intelligent controller" architecture into embodied AI and robotics.
Founded in March 2000 and listed on ChiNext in September 2012 (300353), the company is chaired by founder and actual controller Li Ping, who holds 14.27% (top-ten shareholders as of 30 June 2026), and is headquartered in Shijingshan District, Beijing. Revenue reached RMB 980 million in 2025, with net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 82.74 million and R&D spending of RMB 269.6 million, or 27.51% of revenue. Kyland says more than one million of its devices are running in real time worldwide.
The portfolio spans the Intewell industrial operating system (microkernel virtualisation), industrial communication chips (network switching and AUTBUS bus chips), intelligent controllers and industrial servers, industrial Ethernet switches, edge computing and gateways, high-precision industrial time-frequency products and industrial security products. For robotics it offers a fully domestic "operating system + deterministic bus + intelligent controller" electronics architecture and an AI robot general learning and training platform. In 2025, industrial operating system and software services revenue reached RMB 172 million, up 22.14%, while intelligent controllers reached RMB 145 million, up 117.63%.
Kyland is a leading domestic industrial communication player and says it is the only mainland Chinese company among the global top ten in industrial communications. It has led international standards such as IEC61158-28 / IEC61784-CP22, IEC62439 and IEEE C37.238 as well as China's GB/T 30094-2013, and serves power, petrochemical, rail transit, smart manufacturing, smart city and defence customers.
