
Joyson (Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp.) was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Listed on both the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges (600699.SH / 0699.HK), it reported revenue of RMB 61.183 billion in 2025 and positions itself as a Tier 1 partner for both automotive and robotics customers.
The company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011 and on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2025, raising more than HKD 3.4 billion in its Hong Kong IPO. It employs over 40,000 people worldwide, with more than 25 R&D centres and more than 60 manufacturing bases across Asia, Europe and North America. Revenue reached RMB 61.183 billion in 2025, with net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 1.336 billion, up 39.08% year on year. Joyson Group is the controlling shareholder with a 33.57% stake.
The automotive business covers smart cockpits, intelligent driving, e-mobility management and automotive safety. The robotics business, run by subsidiary Joyson Embodied Intelligence, includes the TeleHand dexterous hand series (the professional version has 20 degrees of freedom and integrates direct drive, tendon and linkage mechanisms inside the palm), electronic skin, a third generation AI head assembly, an embodied intelligence brain (EAOS operating system and EAPC controller with compute from 40 TOPS to 2070 TFLOPS), a robot domain controller, and the Juen hybrid solid-liquid battery pack with an energy density of 380 Wh/kg.
Joyson is a long-term partner of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford, Honda and Toyota, and holds about 30% of the global automotive passive safety market. Robot customers include leading overseas robot makers as well as AgiBot and Galbot in China, and the company has invested in the dexterous hand developer Linjiedian and the tactile sensing company Tashan Technology.
