
Estun Automation (Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd.), founded in 1993 and headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu, is a leading Chinese company in industrial robotics and motion control, with revenue of RMB 4.888 billion in 2025.
The company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2015 (002747.SZ) and on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 9 March 2026 (02715.HK), becoming the first Chinese industrial robotics company with an A+H dual-listing platform. Founder Wu Bo serves as Chairman and Wu Kan as President. In-house development covers more than 95% of robot core components, and R&D spending has long been held at around 10% of revenue.
The business spans three areas. Industrial robots range from the ER general-purpose series, the UNO series, collaborative robots and SCARA robots to specialised models for die casting, welding, bending and palletising, with payloads from 3 kg to 700 kg. Motion control and automation components include motion controllers, servo drives, servo motors, inverters, HMIs and CNC systems. Industrial digital products include the iER.OS control platform, the E-Noesis industrial cloud platform and a family of industrial software tools. In early 2026 the company released the iER.OS control platform and the next-generation E-Noesis AI industrial cloud platform, building a full-stack AI plus robotics architecture.
Estun has ranked first among domestic Chinese industrial robot brands for eight consecutive years. Its solutions serve more than 30 industries, including automotive, lithium battery, photovoltaic, 3C electronics, metal processing and semiconductors, through 75 operating locations worldwide. Overseas subsidiaries include Trio in the United Kingdom and Cloos and M.A.i. in Germany, with a stake in Barrett in the United States. In 2024 the company obtained the TUV Rheinland CE Machinery Directive and functional safety compliance certificate.
