D-Robotics Closes $400M Series C as First-Half Revenue Multiplies
D-Robotics announced on September 17 that it has closed a $400 million Series C funding round. Mirae Asset led the round, with a strategic investment from Meituan and participation from Hefei Guotou, Nanshan Zhanxintou, Jingquan Capital and Cathay Capital.
Existing shareholders including GL Ventures, 5Y Capital and Linear Capital also increased their commitments, according to Shanghai Securities News.
The company said the proceeds will strengthen the full-compute-range product lineup of its Sunrise chip and build an integrated chain covering data collection, processing and application. No valuation was disclosed.
D-Robotics said its revenue multiplied several times over in the first half of 2026, pointing to accelerating commercialization. The round also signals continued investor appetite for embodied AI and robotics chips.
