One-line positioning: A Suzhou-based marine robotics company building surface and subsea robots across the full 0 to 10,000 metre depth range, and the first Chinese company to commercialise underwater hull-cleaning robots.

Key facts: Founded in May 2023 in Kunshan, Suzhou, by Chen Xiaobo, who has spent 19 years in underwater robotics. More than 400 granted intellectual property rights, with all six core systems (propulsion, control, sensing, navigation, sealing and launch/recovery) developed in-house. Raised RMB 50 million across angel+ and Pre-A rounds in May 2025, then over RMB 1 billion in a Series A in June 2026, the largest single round in marine robotics worldwide.

Products & tech: Marine robot line-up includes Orca (versatile marine robot), Tiger Shark (champion-class surface robot reaching 30+ knots), SEAHI X (deep-sea prospecting robot) and Orca Mini (lightweight underwater robot); the surface line covers water-quality monitoring and multifunctional platforms; core components include the Pangu thruster. In April 2026 the company released CEORION, a marine embodied foundation model trained on a million hours of data.

Market position: Operations span 0 to 10,000 metres of water depth, with commercial deployments in hull cleaning, underwater security, offshore wind, marine ranching and subsea inspection. Selected from 36 global candidates for Singapore's national underwater hull inspection and cleaning programme. A joint project with China Merchants Energy Shipping, Shandong Port Group and Harbin Engineering University won a first prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.
