Shanghai Qingxin-Idea Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in late 2023 by Dr. Niu Tengchang, who holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.

The company was the first in the world to achieve straight-leg walking and pioneered the reinforcement learning-based "Emotional Gait Foundation Model."

Built on its general-purpose embodied humanoid robot "Orca" as the technological foundation, it developed the world's first embodied character robot Amoo, focusing on home emotional companionship scenarios.

In March 2026, it completed a Pre-A round of financing at the hundred-million-yuan level.
